解決步驟如下:
1. 下載 WMI Administrative Tools 及安裝。

2. 以系統管理員身份執行WMI Event Viewer

3. 按Register for Events左上鋼筆圖示。

4. 在Connect to namespace輸入root\CIMV2及按OK按鈕。

5. 在WMI Event Registration Login視窗直接按OK按鈕。

6. 選Filters項目，在左側視窗點選_EventFilter:Name="VBScriptLive_consumer"，再轉至右側視窗點選ActiveScriptEventConsumer Name="VBScriptLive_consumer"，按右鍵點選View instance properties查看內容，查看在ScriptText欄是否有http://hao.ttmmt.com等內容，如有這便是有問題的ActiveScript。

7. 在右面視窗選取相關instance按右鍵點選Delete instance，刪除這個有問題的instance。

8. 分別選Consumers及Timers項目刪除有問題的instance。

9. 如在root\CIMV2沒發現任何有問題的instance，嘗試在root\subscription查看有沒有問題的instance。

10 在桌面找瀏覽器(IE/Chrome/Firefox)捷徑按右鍵->內容，在目標欄位後面的http://hao.ttmmt.com......網址刪除。
